LONG RUN...

Today, Sunday early morning, i woke up at 0600 morning, fetched my cousin brother went DATARAN MERDEKA took part for the POWER organized long run. This was my first time went to this kind of competition, from TV i watched a lot,but not for real, till this time. There's few categories according to our age and how long the distance we needed to run / jog, or... walk? But be frank, i didn't see anyone of them walk, wtf. We arrived there at 0650, after I dropped him and parked my car, i walked to the nearest Mc D had my breakfast. My delicious Hash Brown and coffee~ After i finished my breakfast, i walked back to Dataran Merdeka, and the 1st batch of the competitors already prepared to run. When the gun shot 'BANG', the athletes like rocker run very fast, it such a great scene we have to experience once in our life time, to feel their urge to win or wanna walk as fast as they could. Thanks GOD i didn't go back home and sleep, if not i will very regret to miss this great moment.

Now is the last category, KID~! All their parents also there, even the MC also making fun with them before start, i heard their is 3km, what a long distance for children too.

Well, finally it came to the last, the winner for the MALE OPEN, all front 10 winners are foreigners, yes, BLACK~!!! Bravo ~!!! That's why i wanted take a photo from them, they even asked me to stand in the middle and take photo with them too~!! :p But nobody helps....

This is my cousin, Kok How, he's back from the LONG LONG JOURNEY, 5km. Tired look..., but he told me it's great can sweat a lot... good experience too... although didn't win anything...

He is genius of all, first arrived~!! The lowest category 3km, he is the one~!!! Very cool face, and very small kid, his parents very happy~!!! Luckily when i asked him take photo didn't get rejected by him :p

Finally, all the competitors back from a long distance walk, with safe, this is the most important.
